Lauren Bridle is a freelance media creator based in Squamish BC. After studying journalism and documentary film, Lauren knew she wanted to blend her love for story telling with her love for the outdoors. Lauren spent most of her life in Ontario, but once she finished school she moved west to be surrounded by giant mountains, deep valleys and vast oceans.
Lauren's work aims to tell unique stories about the environment and the people who use it. Her work has been shared at many festivals and events including Doors Open Toronto, Planet in Focus Environmental Film Festival, and ReFrame Film Festival.
Lauren is currently working on her next documentary projects, MAID With Love and Underrated. She is also working as a producer and editor for Parks Canada.
When not working, Lauren can be found hiking, skiing, camping or rock climbing.
